1. General Definitions and Terms
"Vakile To" is an online platform connecting clients with licensed attorneys and legal consultants. By registering and using this service, users agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. User Definitions
Users of the platform are divided into two groups: a) Clients who register to receive legal consultations. b) Lawyers who provide legal services after identity verification and credential approval.
3. Registration and Identity Verification
Registration is done via mobile phone number and national ID. Each national ID can only be registered with one phone number. Lawyers must provide their bar license information, membership number, and issuing organization.
4. Service Delivery
Consultations are offered in three formats: phone, in-person, and text. Scheduling is set by the lawyer and selected by the client. After payment, the appointment is held for 15 minutes pending lawyer approval.
5. Payment and Refund Terms
Platform fee is 10% of each consultation amount. If the appointment is rejected or cancelled by the lawyer, the full amount is refunded to the client. Client-initiated cancellations are handled per appointment-specific terms.
6. Personal Data Protection
User personal information is protected in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Contact and identity information is used solely for service delivery purposes. Details are available on the Privacy Policy page.
7. Responsibilities and Limitations
Vakile To serves solely as an intermediary between clients and lawyers. The responsibility for consultation quality lies with the providing lawyer. The platform endeavors to ensure service quality through its rating and review system.
