We collect: phone number, national ID, full name, and for lawyers: license number, specialty, office address, and banking information. This information is used solely for service delivery.
2. How We Use Information
Your information is used for: identity verification, connecting clients with lawyers, payment processing, appointment notifications, and service quality improvement.
3. Information Sharing
Your personal information is not shared with third parties except: a) with your consent, b) for legal compliance, c) for essential services (e.g., payment processing). Client contact info is shared with lawyers only after appointment confirmation.
4. Information Security
We use SSL/TLS encryption, Argon2 password hashing, and 30-minute JWT tokens. Lawyer banking information is stored encrypted.
5. User Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data, request corrections, and request account deletion. Requests can be submitted through the support section.
